Am I eligible? Motability represents a fantastic opportunity for those looking to increase their personal independence and transportation in a cost-effective manner. If you receive either the Higher Rate Motability Component of Disability Living Allowance (HMRC DLA), the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (ERMC PIP), the War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS) or the Armed Forces Independence Oayment (AFIP) you may be eligible to join the Motability Scheme.
